How do I sign up for paperless billing?

Click the REGISTER button on the Home page.  You will need your account number and name exactly as it appears on your bill.

Is my information secure?

Yes.  Pinnacle Data Systems, the vendor who provides this application, uses multiple levels of security features.

Will I continue to receive my bill by mail?

No.  When you enroll in paperless billing, you will receive a notice that your bill is available for online viewing and printing if you choose.

What if I change my email address?

You can access your account and maintain your account profile online.

Why haven’t I received the paperless bill notification?

Chances are there is a problem with your email address.  You can still view your bill online at https://franklin-electric.pdspay.com.  You should also make sure the Franklin Electric email address is not blocked.

How can I pay my bill?

Methods of payment accepted: cash, check or money order (made payable to Franklin Electric Cooperative or FEC) For a list of payment locations or where to mail your payment please visit https://www.fecoop.com/pay-bill  .

Can my spouse and I have separate log ins to view our account? 

YES  you can have a multiple user per account.

Do I have to sign up for e-billing in order to pay online?

No.  Online payments are not accepted at this time, they will be an option in the future.
